While engaged in any project, Alexandra feels compelled in the moments of transition to investigate, record, and create a narrative that is embodied in a series. In her work, the truth and emotion behind the subject is exaggerated and given power. Analog material and text is key to Alexandra's work; projects engage the physicality of chemical photography & prints to bind imagery and thoughts.

Alexandra is residing in Canada. She completed her studies at the School of The Photographic Arts: Ottawa and is a working photographer across North America. Currently, she is the Owner & Principle Designer/Curator for the Ottawa Photography & Art Label, a twice yearly international arts publication that has exhibited at a national level and been distributed globally.

Alexandras work is held in private collections across North America, as well as the National Gallery of Canada.
